Old School Judo
So I decided to fight again.. Been at least 15+ years since I've stepped on the mat, but I did it anyways. It's been 5 days now and my arm is still hurting. Not sure if the abuse I took or the fact that my technique was so poor I injured myself. Regardless, I thought I would post some of my pictures and video from the day.
Oh yeah... managed to squeak out a gold!
