Shoyu and nothin' but

I recently was on a friends blog and there was talk about soy sauce. Now the funny thing is I take my soy sauce (shoyu) seriously. No "china lily" is allowed in my house! I cringe at the thought of it really! Personally, I use Kikkoman. I know that higher quality stuff is out there, but I consider shoyu like wine.
