Dora has been cooking up a storm as of late, taking advantage of all her free time as a stay at home mom right now (she knows I'm joking I hope)! A favorite veggie of ours, including Logan, is asparagus. I'm not sure of the recipe and kinda hope Dora will update this posting with it, but regardless, here are a few pics. If I remember correctly, it was fast, easy and quite yummy!
(*I stole the recipe from vegan yum yum site. It's called chili almond asparagus. So easy and so good. The only ingredient that I didn't have at home was peanut oil, but we had some peanut satay sauce so I substituted. Give it a try! - Dora)
